We’re a “focused” company

The challenging CBiO project of Telenor Serbia was successfully delivered by my company Ericsson in July 2016. Tantec supported our project with three exceptional consultants. They took a great amount of load and responsibility and spent many sleepless nights to achieve the joint goal of us : Successfully deliver the project no matter how difficult it is ! They devised specific methods to speed up the migration and to ensure the data quality, they created customized scripts for configuration and tests of all rating components and they also supported the first bill run. The last but not the least their resource was pivotal in the prepaid systems’ configuration and migration too. They are a true partner for Ericsson with excellent focus for the job at hand. All I can say is that we loved to work with this humble and precise company.

Tantec has been helping Swisscom for the last 10 years in various roles from delivering the migration related extractors to architecting the data quality checks in migration and production, as well as supporting the Quadrica transformation programme greatly and accurately. Their consultants were top-notch and their solutions still work to this day in production smoothly. Tantec’s delivery capabilities were impressive in always meeting the delivery deadlines and also being responsive to last minute change requests that are sometimes required. Their maintenance support was always timely, accurate and satisfactory. They had mostly none and all in all very low number of defects in their deliveries. It was a great pleasure to work with them and achieve many targets that Swisscom management set for the IT departments. Their products had great documentation based on which Swisscom could channel the maintenance of their components to a chosen third party when they wanted to continue their march towards the Fintec domain. I wish them all the success in their new challenges and journey and we are sure that they will be making many customers happy with their accuracy, attention to detail and expertise just like they made Swisscom happy during the 10 years they supported us.
